জমায়েত/zmayet (pronounced as jomayet) is an open-initiative publication network, working as a co-operative and interdependently in between Bangladesh and India. As an initiative, we are curious to amplify, recollect, and share the perspectives of counter-cultural, loose narratives through diverse graphical mapping/tracing and interested in expanding slowly over time through participatory events, community pop-ups, shared libraries, and inclusive collaborations—primarily in the global south.The co-op is co-founded by Tilottama B. and Kaur Chimuk. One of the programmes is zmayet publication, where অন্ন (food), বস্ত্র (clothing), and বাসস্থান (shelter) - issue 1, a collective publication in collaboration with artists and cultural catalysts from the two Bengals - Shishir, Tanvir, Samita, Monisha and among us who lives in different

part of the world. The publication is evolving through participatory modes of exchange, with extended support from Rafunaama.
